Pricing that reflects your space.

Our pricing is tailored to the unique characteristics of your property, ensuring that you receive a 3D model and Virtual Tour (digital twin) that meets your specific needs. We try to make our service as affordable as possible. We consider factors such as:

– Square meters: The size of your interior space, in square meters, is the key determining factor in cost. It takes about an hour to scan between 50-100 square meters, depending on the complexity of the space, the scan density setting, and the number of windows/mirrors in the space.
Exterior space: If and how much of the exterior space you’d like included in model and tour is another key factor.
Number of levels: The number of floors or levels in your building
– Windows and mirrors: The number and type of windows and mirrors in your space need to be manually identified in the model due to laser the scanning.
Surrounding environment: The presence and complexity of surrounding vegetation, architecture, or other environmental factors which need to be “trimmed” out of the final model.
Scan density: We can scan in three Lidar quality settings or “densities”. The higher the density, the longer it takes to scan the space. Medium and High Density scans are primarily aimed at Architects and Engineers in supporting detailed 3D modeling workflows with point clouds using technical Add-Ons such as the E57 file. Online Hosting: The duration and type of online hosting you need for your model. We offer 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month pricing, with the ability to extend or renew.
– Location and travel requirements.

Adjustments and amendments to your virtual space (at an added cost).

– Tags and Descriptions: Tags or Pins can be inserted into your model that can have custom icons, custom descriptions, links to websites, file attachments, auto-play of YouTube videos, GIFs, or pop-up photos.
Defurnishing: Currently we can eliminate all the content of a space at no extra cost. This is subject to change, depending on our vendor.
– Blurring: Our software can blur faces at no additional cost AS LONG AS we are told at the beginning of the job, prior to processing. We can also blur any other sensitive content that has been captured in our 360° images. Please note, blurring is a manual process that needs to be completed from each scan point, therefore, one item may need to be blurred from multiple vantage points in order to be completely erased. For example, if a room consists of 10 scans, then we need to make 10 blurs to obfiscate one item. We charge by the total number of blurs executed. Lastly, we cannot blur items in spaces that have been “defurnished”.
Virtual Tour customization: You can “direct” how you would like your virtual tour will play in your model. This includes room transitions, rotation speed, transition speed, type of transition, moving between the 360° mode to 3D mode, etc.
– Separation of your model into separate models/virtual twins: You can give every section, wing, floor, or segment of your building/property it’s own virtual twin space. This is convenient for resorts, hotels, campus, and multi-level buildings.

We also offer a range of additional services and upgrades to enhance your digital twin.

All of our scans can be integrated into software used by Engineers, Architects, Builders, Facility Managers, and the like.

> Schematic Floor Plans
Typically used for marketing and documentation. Matterport floor plans include:
– Individual room measurements
– Illustrations of property features
– Total floor area calculation
Each floor is delivered as a .PNG and .SVG file. We also provide a one-page PDF that combines all floors.

> MatterPak™ Bundle
The MatterPak Bundle is a set of assets that you can download as a .ZIP file and import into a 3D third-party program like 3ds Max, ReCap, Revit, or AutoCAD. It includes:
– Colorized point cloud
– Reflected ceiling plan image
– High-resolution floor plan image
– 3D mesh file, including the necessary texture map image files
This is useful for architects, engineers, and construction professionals who want to perform additional work on the model in their third-party program and offer the product as part of a commercial package to clients.

> E57 File

The E57 file contains a high-density point cloud for all scan locations in the Matterport space. It’s vendor-neutral and can be imported into several third-party applications.

The E57 has more than 10x the detail in point cloud density compared with the .XYZ file in the MatterPak Bundle.

> Matterport TruePlan™
Insurance restoration professionals can use TruePlan to import a model into Xactimate® as an .SKX file. When you use TruePlan, you don’t have to measure and manually sketch losses, saving you time and letting you process insurance claims faster and more accurately.

> Matterport BIM file
Architects, engineers, and construction professionals can import Building Information Management (BIM) files into Autodesk’s® Revit software as an .RVT file, .IFC file, and .DWG files for floor plans and reflected ceiling plans.

This option is useful for organizations responsible for design, construction, project management, acquisitions, and leasing.

> Matterport CAD file
Architects, engineers, and construction professionals can import CAD files into a variety of CAD software. This option is useful for organizations responsible for design, construction, project management, acquisitions, and leasing.

> Autodesk Construction Cloud
Integrate your Matterport model to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Sync digital twin RFIs with ACC in real time, and send Matterport Add-On asset files (BIM, MatterPak, etc.) directly into ACC.

> Procore
Integrate your Matterport model to Procore to keep record keeping centralized and complete. Easily upload Matterport BIM, CAD, and MatterPak files directly to Procore Documents, ensuring seamless access to critical project data.

> Google Street View
Use this feature to publish the panoramic images from your Matterport model directly to Google Street View. This option is intended to let you quickly show the inside of retail spaces when customers search on Google maps.

> VRBO and HomeAway
Use this feature to extract panoramic information from your Matterport account to VRBO and HomeAway. These portals then assemble the imagery into a 360 tour similar to a Matterport 3D model to show on those sites.
