A Realtography® produced digital twin created with a lidar-equipped camera offers numerous advantages to architects, engineers, builders, and property managers. The camera’s advanced lidar technology captures detailed information about the space’s geometry, layout, and features, enabling users to measure distances, areas, and volumes with high accuracy. Additionally, Matterport’s add-on features, such as spatial analysis, floor plan creation, and virtual staging, further enhance the digital twin’s capabilities. Drone aerial Photos, Videos, and 3D models (Photogrammetry/Drone Mapping).

We offer traditional aerial drone photos and videos of the exterior of your space creating a bird’s eye view your facility and land. We can go from simple straight forward vantage points, to cinematic presentations with custom title scripting and effects.

This service offers a fast, cost-effective, and highly precise way to gather spatial data for various industries such as construction, agriculture, real estate, and infrastructure planning. By delivering detailed topographic maps, elevation models, or orthomosaics, we provide you with actionable insights that help in decision-making, project planning, and progress tracking — all while minimizing the time and resources traditionally required for manual surveys.

We also offer separately a 3D model of the exterior of your building which is produced using a drone and a process called photogrammetry, aka, drone mapping.
